Monitoring Systems

• Our system utilizes a large number of automatic monitoring systems:
• Advertising control – playlist vs. ad fulfillment: The system detects discrepancies between the generated playlist and the actual ad fulfillment. It then sends an informational email indicating an error
• Existence of graphic advertisements
• Monitoring the functionality of the photo camera: 5 minutes before each match, the camera automatically starts. If the camera does not turn on, an email is sent within a short time informing that the camera is not taking pictures, and the technician is required to turn it on manually. 
• Automatic emailing for the LED system operator, their technicians, and the stadium.
  • Match-related: 3 days before the match, technicians receive the first email with all important information about the stadium and system, camera setup, current playlists, manuals, and reports. Emails are subsequently sent in case of errors. 
  • Informative: On a selected day, technicians receive an email with a table listing upcoming events
  • Pre-match: 3 days before the match, the stadium receives an email with links to check advertising spots and match logs. 
  • Post-match: An email is sent with a link to logs, match photos, and the main playlist

• Each email contains system settings, connections, configurations, pre-match checks, main partner verification, repair or connection manuals, all necessary contacts, tasks from previous matches, and other relevant information for technicians
• The system reads matches from the calendar and manages automatic systems accordingly

 Advertising Source

• A table contains all club partners, including their ad repetition length and frequency. Based on this table, a playlist is automatically generated 3 days before the match and sent to the club and technicians.

Automatic Photography

• A static camera is installed in the stadium, which automatically activates 5 minutes before the start of the match and deactivates 10 minutes after the match. The camera captures an image of the LED systems every 5 seconds. After the match, an email is sent with a link to these photos
