Why We Collect and Process Your Personal Data
We process your personal data for the following reasons:
Purchasing goods and services: We primarily process your data to fulfill and deliver your order. If issues arise, your contact information helps us reach you.
Customer support: If you contact us with an inquiry or issue, we process your data to respond or resolve it. In some cases, your data may be shared with third parties (e.g., delivery services or service centers).
User account: The information in your profile enables access to various features (e.g., providing a phone number allows us to notify you about delivery updates). You can update your information anytime, except for your email address, which is used for login.
Improving Our Services: Based on your order history and website behavior, we can offer more relevant product recommendations, such as accessories for purchased items. In certain areas, we display products tailored specifically to you, aligning with your needs and interests. To optimize website elements both on and off our site (including personalized advertising on third-party websites), we may use tools for testing different variants (so-called A/B testing), Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, and similar technologies.
Customer reviews: After purchasing a product or service, you may be invited to leave a review. You are also welcome to leave a review on your own initiative.
Exercising Rights, Legal Claims, and Governmental Audits: We may also process your personal data when necessary to exercise our rights and legal claims (e.g., if you have an outstanding debt to us or to confirm the delivery of an ordered product). Additionally, we may process your personal data to comply with audits conducted by public authorities and for other similarly significant legal reasons.
Legal Bases for Processing Personal Data
Contract Fulfillment and Agreement Conclusion
We require a significant portion of your personal data to enter into a purchase or other contract with you regarding the goods or services you wish to buy from us. Once the contract is concluded, we process your personal data to ensure proper delivery of the purchased goods or services. For this purpose, we primarily process billing and delivery information.

In the following cases, we share your personal data with third parties, meaning we act as the data controller for these personal data:

If the order has not been prepaid, we also share the amount due upon delivery. The delivery provider may use these details solely for the purpose of delivering the goods and must delete them promptly afterward.
Payment Cards: Our company does not store or have access to your payment card details.
Marketing Communications: For sending marketing messages (e.g., via email or SMS) or telemarketing, we may use a third party. This entity is bound by confidentiality obligations and cannot use your data for any other purpose.

If required by law or a state authority (e.g., the Czech Police), we are obligated to provide your personal data.

Therefore, we provide the service center with the details you entered for the claim, such as your name, address, phone number, and email.
